Get the SOLUTION you really need…
One of our enterprise customers thought they needed hundreds of new phones.
However, after a 15 minute meeting with their managers, we asked probing questions and determined that their biggest problem was actually that the phone rang too much at each individual location.
We didn’t sell them new phones. We simply redirected most of their calls to a call center.
Instead of their phones ringing off the hook at each location, their calls were handled concisely in one location, and, therefore, it freed up time for each site’s employees to focus on their face-to-face customers.
Another new customer reached out to us with a predicament. They were moving 100+ employees in two (2) weeks’ time.
However, unfortunately, due to employee turnover, no one at their business had ordered new internet access for the new location. After they realized the error, every provider they subsequently called said they could not have internet installed at that location in such a short period of time.
We strategized and called in favors.
We were able to have temporary internet access, with enough bandwidth to support the business, installed at their new location using wireless technology within three (3) days.
The customer was able to move and the transition was smooth. Their business was never impeded due to internet downtime.
Yet another customer had multiple locations that each needed expensive high security firewalls. They were confident of what they wanted to order and it was plentiful.
We did not just count this as an easy sale. Despite their certainty, we asked exploratory questions and it turned out that there were only a small number of users at many of their sites.
We provided the customer a network design with a cloud firewall.
Upon implementation, we replaced thirty (30) local firewalls with one (1) tremendously secure cloud firewall.
This firewall design allowed the customer to use the same set of permissions for each site, regardless of the site’s size. Security was increased per protocol but the customer saved an immense amount of money in the upgrade.
Unfortunately, a potential customer of ours had site locations that were located near a recent terrorist attack. Communication had broken down in that instance and fear of the unknown had created unnecessary panic.
The business contacted us because they valued their people; they wanted to figure out a way to notify and protect its employees in case of future emergencies.
Information is crucial. We implemented a mass SMS messaging platform for this business.
The broadcast communication system we implemented now allows the customer to rest assured knowing that if anything happens again, they have a way to easily notify all employees of what is happening, where to go, where to avoid, and what to do. Their organization is always connected in case of emergency.
